Kids 12 years old and younger can get a FREE Scary Face Pancake with the purchase of an adult entree!
The Scary Face Pancake features IHOPS’s signature buttermilk pancakes topped with strawberry, whipped topping, Mini Oreo cookies and candy corn on the side to let the kid create their own spooky masterpiece.
This offer starts on October 24th and ends on October 31, 2023.
The free Scary Face Pancake offer is also only valid for dine-in only between 4PM and 10PM.
