A Toronto landlord is taking legal action after finding a condo she owns listed on AirBnb – by someone who isn’t a tenant.

Allison Rasquinha says the condo has been rented out for months by the tenant’s boyfriend, without any notice or permission.

She’s now trying to evict the tenant, and calling for the city to enforce stricter rules on AirBnb listings.

Have you ever thought about renting out your home as an AirBnb?  Do you prefer hotels or AirBnb’s when you travel?
