Carly Pearce looked amazing as she walked the red carpet and performed with Charles Kelley at the CMA Awards Wednesday night, but as it turned out she had injured herself pretty badly just two weeks prior.
Pearce told fans that 10 days before show day she had an accident on Halloween. She fell and had a bunch of stitches in her mouth and knocked her two front teeth out. With the help of some incredible doctors she was able to get fixed up and healed before her big performance of “I Hope You’re Happy Now.”
Now that the CMAs are over, Pearce shared on Instagram Stories that she has headed back to her doctors to continue fixing her injuries.
