A CEO decided to celebrate his birthday by giving back to his community, with a little help from his employees. Joe Kosakowski had his secretly staff pay for groceries for strangers doing their food shopping at a Boise, Idaho, supermarket. His act of kindness bought $5,000 worth of groceries for people that day!
