A disabled U.S. Army Veteran who enlisted at just 17, Jerry served multiple tours during Desert Storm and lives by one powerful belief: “My oath never dies.” His commitment to service didn’t end with retirement. Today, he continues helping communities recover through Team Rubicon Disaster Relief, deploying to disaster zones and standing shoulder to shoulder with fellow veterans when people need it most.
Known as a gentle giant with a servant’s heart, Jerry embodies integrity, courage, and compassion. Nominated by his wife, Pamela, Jerry’s lifetime of selfless service makes him a true Hometown Hero
