In April of 2024, Morgan Wallen was arrested for allegedly throwing a chair off the roof of Eric Church’s bar in Nashville.
According to Whiskey Riff, Morgan was charged with 3 counts of felony reckless endangerment and one charge of disorderly conduct.
But now all of Morgan’s felony charges have been reduced to misdemeanors.
So now Morgan is facing 3 misdemeanor counts of reckless endangerment and 1 misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct.
The court date for Morgan’s first appearance has been changed around a few times, but it was officially announced that he will have a court hearing on December 13th, 2024.
Not long after Morgan’s arrest back in April he posted a video on social media for a public statement.
In the video he notes that he wanted to make amends and apologize to those who were personally affected before he made a public statement. He also mentioned that he was not proud of his behavior and has high respects to our police officers.
Morgan is scheduled tomorrow morning to have a discussion with a judge at the Davidson County Criminal Court.
We will see if Morgan pleads guilty or not guilty.
