A woman in Florida was selling customized Luke Combs themed tumblers for $20.
Luke Combs’s team planned on going after the Florida woman in court for selling the tumblers.
Combs’s team planned on suing the woman for $250,000.
As soon as Combs got word his team was planning on taking legal action against this woman, he immediately jumped to social media to clear the air and also get in contact with the woman.
Combs says he was unaware of his team going after this woman legally and that it made him sick to his stomach when he saw it.
He says he got in touch with the woman, and she told him she could not access $5,500 in her Amazon account after recieving a notification her account was frozen and was ordered by a judge to pay the $250K.
Combs says he is promising to send her double that amount, which is $11K.
What’s more, Luke says he’s going to start selling his own tumbler and give the proceeds to Nicol … because she suffers from congestive heart failure and has tons of medical bills.
We applaud Luke Combs for making things right and helping this woman out!
