Tom Walsh is a music teacher at Adrian Burnett Elementary School.
Walsh is dedicated to his job and helping students grow, he never thought anyone would take notice of his passion for his job.
Lesli Wallen, Morgan Wallen’s mom, taught with Walsh and picked up on his passion quickly.
Last week, Lesli Wallen gave Walsh a check from the Morgan Wallen Foundation for $20,000.
Lesli Wallen said it is well deserved as Walsh would come in or stay after hours to work with students and help out anywhere he was needed.
