UTK’s head baseball coach Tony Vitello was a special guest for the Variety of Eastern Tennessee’s annual golf tournament at Willow Creek Golf Club.
The golf tournament was on September 19th.
The event took place in order to raise money for a charity that assist at-risk, physically challenged, and neglected children throughout East Tennessee.
There were two children at the event, Robert and Scarlet, who received equipment from Variety’s Kids on the Go! program. This specific program provides kids with adaptive equipment who have special needs.
The Vol community has grown to love head coach Vitello and it is so nice to see coaches and teams doing their part in the community.
