Morgan Wallen met a 9-year-old fan with cancer at a recent show. Kenley Levering was diagnosed with stage two kidney cancer and had finished chemo in July.
Kenley, a Morgan Wallen fan, listened to the singer’s music during her treatment and even had a “Wallen Western” themed birthday party.
It was Kenley’s dream to attend one of Wallen’s shows. A family friend helped arrange a special day for the September 2 show at FedEx Field in Landover, Maryland.
Kenley had a private meet and greet with Wallen before the show. Kenley’s mother said Wallen offered unlimited photos and autographs and didn’t rush the experience, treating her “like a princess.” Kenley gave Wallen a #KenleyStrong bracelet, which he wore throughout his show.
