Imagine being 12 years old and your favorite artists invites you on-stage to perform your favorite song with them.

A 12-year-old boy held up a sign at Jelly Roll’s recent concert saying he could sing his whole verse in Brantley Gilbert’s “Son of the Dirty South.”

Jelly Roll was quick to notice his sign and immediately invited him to come up onstage to perform it with him!

We still don’t know if that song was supposed to be part of the set, but Jelly Roll performed it with the boy anyways.

Jelly Roll decided to sing Gilbert’s part in the song and leave his own part up to the 12-year-old boy.

Once it came to Jelly Roll’s part in the song, the young boy jumped right in and sang every word like he wrote them himself.
