Fans have been awaiting Gabby Barrett’s new album since the deluxe edition of her debut album, Goldmine, was released.
The singer/songwriter’s sophomore album is almost finished and set to be released later this year.
Barrett recently told Entertainment Tonight that she hopes to release the new music in early fall.
“I’m way more intentionally connected to these songs than my first album, I would say. Every song moves me in a certain way, and it’s just me grown up,” Barrett said about the new album. “The past years that I’ve lived, I’ve lived a lot of years in a short amount of time. It’s grown up, it’s fresh, and I’m hoping people really can resonate with it.”
