Kane Brown was recently met with a huge surprise during his performance when a fan threw a boot on stage that hit Kane Brown in his crotch area.
While Brown was performing ‘One Thing Right,’ a boot comes from the crowd and lands right where his precious ‘jewels’ are.
Brown did react to the hit, but he eventually grabbed the boot and signed it before giving it back to the person who threw it in the first place.
