Katie Smith, Morgan Wallen’s ex-fiancée and the mother of his kid, survived a terrifying automobile crash with extensive facial damage.
Smith posted a snapshot of the Nashville crash on Instagram. After a semi ran a red light and hit Katie’s SUV, completely destroying it.
Katie posted photos of her injuries, including a completely bruised and swollen right side of her face. She says her vehicle spun around multiple times, and she’s having trouble walking.
Smith’s passengers — she tagged TikToker Caden McGuire in the wreckage shot — also survived with minor injuries. It’s unclear if the semi driver was seriously injured.
