Kelsea Ballerini said on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast that her divorce from Morgan Evans was due to their disagreement on having children.
Ballerini says she wasn’t ready to have kids and Evans was ready to become a father. She says they talked about having kids early on, but she changed her mind.
Ballerini filed for divorce in August 2022, which was finalized in November 2022.
Ballerini also confirmed that she has moved on with “Outer Banks” star Chase Stokes.
Evans reacted to the podcast, sharing a statement on Instagram claiming that Ballerini’s comments of events “aren’t reality”.
There are rumors that Ballerini may have cheated on Evans with The Chainsmokers member Drew Taggart at Lollapalooza.
Ballerini does reveal that right before the CMA Awards in August 2019, right after Lollapalooza, she and Evans had a huge fight and slept on the couch.
