Kane Brown startled his fans early Thursday morning (February 16) by posting a photo of a massive, severe burn on the back of his left hand.
A closeup of the singer’s burn covers the back of his hand and appears to affect his wrist. Red sores above his knuckles are waxy, discolored, and swollen.
“Worst pain ever!!!!!!!!” Brown captioned the photo on Instagram. Supporters left confused and sympathetic comments on his post. Burn victims shared their stories, while others wondered how Brown was hurt. Brown later deleted the post and put fans’ minds at ease by saying he was “working on a project.” It’s assumed the “burn” is part of the project, and fans will have to wait to find out the source of the fake injury.
