Valentines day is less than a month away which means it’s time to start planning on what to get your Valentine or it may not go well.
According to a new survey 23% of people say they considered leaving their partner after receiving a clichéd Valentine’s Day gift. The least desired gift is furry handcuffs, followed by flowers, heart-shaped box of chocolates, perfume, fancy dinner and a love coupon book.
Now that you know what not to get, here are what people actually care about. 25% of people say they’d be happy with a gift that takes their taste into account and 80% say they’d rather have a gift that represents their preferences than one that costs a lot of money.
Lesson here is think before you buy the basic, cliché gift this holiday season.
