A family is grateful for a Metro Nashville Police Officer who saved the life of their 9-month-old infant who was choking. Officer Philip Claiborne was investigating an accident at a gas station when the frantic mother, Tanisha Rutledge jumped out of her car to get help for her baby. Caliborne new exactly what to do to save the little boy’s life and is now being recognized for his actions.
