When 16-year-old Steven Ferreiro heard about Ryan and Ayleen Apathy‘s story about loosing everything in a house fire he wanted to help. The young man saw their colleagues had started a GoFundMe for them and took things a step further. He worked with real estate company AHS Residential to get the couple, who are nurses who’ve been working on the front-lines during the pandemic, an apartment in the Miami-Dad area. The Apathy family will now be able to stay in a safe place while their home is being rebuilt!
