A study completed by The Collective has found the city of Oxford is the farting capital of Britain. Their residents break wind 23 times a day, compared to the average of 15 times a day. Other cities in the UK that were close behind were Leeds with 22, Norwich with 21, and Sheffield with 17.5 daily farts. Researchers also discovered that the average person burps 10 times a day and only 4/10 bother to cover their mouths when they do it.
