After 2,536 days at the Hamilton Township Animal Shelter and Adoption Center in Trenton, New Jersey, Brooklyn the dog is finally going home! She spent 6 weeks with a foster family while the shelter was sharing her story on social media in hopes someone would make her part of their forever family. Thankfully, a couple saw the post and fell in love with Brooklyn’s story which led to them taking her home!
