Iowa mom Christina Brenner saw her son Peyton crash his ATV into a fence and a tree and immediately helped him. Brenner is a recent nursing school graduate and and knew exactly what to do until EMS could arrive. She took her bathing suit as a tourniquet to tie off his leg and that quick thinking is what saved her son’s life!
