Many Rhode Island residents have received their tax refund checks thanks to Mickey Mouse! According to Rhode Island state officials, there was a technical glitch that made the check’s signature from Mickey Mouse and Walt Disney instead of the RI General Treasurer and State Controller. The Department of Revenue did confirm this issue and they hope to have the correct checks sent out within a week.
