Pastor Bill Losasso celebrated his 73rd birthday by giving back to those having a hard time by brining a smile to their faces with free ice cream! The Florida pastor drove around in the truck and gave out free treats that he had bought to anyone who wanted one. The owner of the truck was so amazed to see the joy it brought people and was so happy to be apart of the special day.
