Julie Wheeler from West Virginia enlisted the help of her husband, Rodney Wheeler, and their son to fake her disappearance so she would avoid having to go to prison for federal health care fraud. The plan was to make it seem as if Julie had plummeted off Grandview Overlook by having the guys plant her belongs on site and then call the police to file a missing person’s report. Their plan backfired when police found Julie alive in a closet in the family’s home.
