Harry Connick, Jr. is hitting the road with his daughter, Georgia, for The Recording Academy & CBS‘ new tv special, “UNITED WE SING: A GRAMMY SALUTE TO THE UNSUNG HEROES.” The father-daughter duo will be traveling across the country in an RV to celebrate essential workers who have kept everyone safe during this pandemic. The two-hour special will showcase their stops along the way, musical performances from Little Big Town, Tim McGraw & more, plus words of encouragement from some of Hollywood’s biggest celebrities. The special will air June 21st and will help benefit MusiCares’ COVID-19 Relif Fund, No Kid Hungry and the Ellis Marsalis Center for Music in New Orleans.
