Another week and we have another Disney recipe for you to try out! This one comes from Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel.

Check out their recipe for their chocolate, peanut butter, banana french toast below!

• 8 thick slices day-old challah bread
• 2 ripe bananas
• 1/4 c chocolate chips
• 1/2 c creamy peanut butter
• 6 eggs, lightly beaten
• 3/4 c low fat chocolate milk
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp salt
• chocolate syrup and powdered sugar
